Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced professional to lead EPC/FEED contract administration in the UAE, with ADNOC exposure and GCC regional experience. You will drive contract management, procurement coordination and project risk mitigation on major oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years in the industry, including at least 5 years in a senior PMC/leadership capacity within the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
• At least 5 years in GCC on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects leading a team.
• FEED & EPC experience, PMC roles, and ADNOC exposure are required.

Responsibilities

• Champion HSSE culture and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage and support Project Contracts and Procurement to meet project goals.
• Review EPC/FEED contracts, baselines, requirements, and responsibilities.
• Lead contract administration, changes, and close-out processes on site.
