Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead PMC Construction teams on an EPC project in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure safety, alignment with budget and schedule, and effective coordination with EPC contractors from FEED through handover.

The role requires extensive FEED/EPC experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects, including offshore/brown field work and ADNOC project exposure. On-site leadership in Abu Dhabi is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in execution of FEED/EPC contracts in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• FEED/EPC experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• Brown field/offshore experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and ensure HSSEQ targets are met.
• Oversee PMC Construction teams including Engineers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate all Construction activities to meet the Construction program.
• Review and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, procedures and schedules.
• Monitor resources, progress, and quality across EPC Contractor work.
• Approve near-term and long-term Construction work plans and site actions.
