Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi invites a senior Project Manager to lead PM activities on complex Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities, and liaise with Owner, Licensor and Vendors to ensure compliant deliverables.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 15+ years in oil & gas, and strong leadership in GCC projects. ADNOC and offshore experience is preferred, with a track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a similar leadership role on major projects; GCC experience preferred.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture, behaviors and engagement.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve PM issues in FEED and early work.
• Coordinate engineering activities across EPC/FEED contractors.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables and key design documents.
• Attend regular meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
• Ensure quality procedures are established and adhered to.
• Lead interface management between EPC/FEED Contractor and Owner.
• Support design option analysis and optimization for the Owner.
