Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior PMC Construction Manager to lead safety-focused project delivery for complex oil and gas developments. You will oversee Construction Engineers and Supervisors, coordinate site activities, and ensure constructability from FEED through EPC with Owner and Contractors.

The role requires a deep track record in large-scale projects, GCC experience, and a commitment to HSSEQ excellence, quality and timely handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC region.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position on international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve Construction issues during different phases of the works.
• Ensure an effective safety plan on Construction Site during construction, pre- commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
• Coordinate with the Owner, PMC home office disciplines, as required.
• Foster cooperation between PMC, Contractor, and Owner's Construction personnel while maintaining standards and quality.
• Coordinate with Licensors for Construction Site visits/inspections.
• Review Contractor's Construction procedures, method statements and drawings.
• Review all matters related to constructing engineering and provide Constructability input to Model Reviews.
• Monitor resource allocation to meet the Construction program and propose corrective actions.
