Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to champion the Project Safety culture across EPC/FEED activities. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, oversee HSSEQ performance, and brief Owners on safety trends, with a focus on delivering a quality, safe project.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, ADNOC and offshore project experience, and PMC exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experiences is required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as Lead HSE Engineers, Sr.HSE officers.
• Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
• Broad knowledge and experience in risk assessments and audit processes.
• Develop and implement annual HSE plans.
• Competency in PTW system and gas testing.
• Awareness in H2S and Breathing apparatus.
• Speak, read and write English with good communication skills.
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and communicate trends and achievements.
