Senior PMC Engineering Lead – Offshore EPC

Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior engineering leader in the Abu Dhabi region to manage the PMC Engineering group through FEED, EPC phases. You will ensure competency, oversee interfaces across piping, mechanical, structural and E&I, and drive safe, cost-effective project delivery for offshore and upstream projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, offshore EPC/FEED experience, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team within a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• ADNOC experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC Engineering group during Engineering, Procurement and construction phases; oversee contractor activities.
• Ensure PMC Engineering personnel are competent to perform duties as identified in the contract.
• Provide leadership in development and implementation of engineering processes and systems.
