Job summary

Worley is seeking an Engineering Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee FEED/EPC design and detailed engineering for major oil and gas projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain technical integrity.

The role requires 20+ years in oil & gas, GCC/ADNOC experience, offshore exposure, and leadership to drive safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
Must be fluent in English language (Written & Spoken).
20+ years in oil & gas with 5+ years in Mega Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.
5+ years GCC Projects experience, ADNOC Projects experience required.
Offshore Project Experience is required.
Greenfield and brownfield project experience is required.
Sound knowledge of industry governing codes & standards.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Responsibilities

Oversee FEED / EPC design and detailed engineering delivery on the project.
Coordinate feasibility and techno-economic studies and multi-discipline engineering.
Control project plans and budgets; ensure timely delivery and supervision.
Lead technical assurance and design reviews with engineering teams.
Monitor contractor quality and provide feedback for improvements.
Manage resources, performance, and engineering leave planning.
Contribute to project lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
