Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior HSE professional to provide leadership across EPC/FEED activities for mega Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safety culture, performance, and compliance with both regulatory and Owner standards, coordinating across Owner’s teams and Contractors.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, ADNOC project exposure, offshore experience, and PMC/FEED/EPC discipline familiarity, with strong English communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with extensive oil & gas experience (15+ years).
• At least 5 years in a similar mega oil & gas or petrochemical project role.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experience is required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals (Lead HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE Officers, etc.).
• Develop and implement annual HSE plans and HSSEQ performance tracking.
• Ensure HSE management system compliance with regulatory and Owner’s standards.
• Coordinate with Owner’s Operations, Maintenance and HSSE management.
• Chair weekly HSSEQ meetings with Contractors.
