Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Contracts Manager for EPC/FEED projects in the energy and petrochemical sector. You will lead project contracts, procurement and materials activities, ensuring compliance with safety, risk and performance targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience, FEED/EPC and PMC exposure, with offshore project experience. ADNOC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• FEED & EPC experience required; PMC experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ Offshore project experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Manage and administer EPC/FEED Contract administration and project records.
• Review EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements and change documents.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, risk management and warranties.
• Maintain communication with Owner, EPC/FEED Contractor and PMC team.
• Prepare and issue monthly Subcontract Administration and Owner reports.
• Monitor contract changes, variations, and close-out procedures.
