Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive software solutions sales to Pharma, Biopharma and Medical Devices clients. You will lead enterprise software deals, focusing on SaaS and ROI, while expanding strategic accounts across the Middle East.

Qualifications

6–8 years of software sales experience with enterprise solutions.
Strong focus on SaaS.
Experience selling to Life Sciences (Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Devices).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets of 1M+ ARR.
Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

Owns customer interaction, guiding digital transformation using Honeywell’s software portfolio.
Grow new Software License (SaaS) and Services Orders for Industrial Software at assigned and new accounts.
Manage the entire sales process to achieve targets and expand footprint.
Understand account technology footprint, growth plans, and competitive landscape.
Drive value-based solution selling with ROI and business outcomes.
