Job summary

Oracle Health in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Health Applications Sales Representative IV to drive new business and expand strategic accounts across hospitals, health services, and government healthcare organisations.

You will lead complex enterprise sales opportunities, collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams, and position Oracle Health as a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.

Qualifications

12+ years of related experience including 9+ years in sales.
Proven track record in enterprise software, cloud, healthcare technology, or digital transformation sales.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop territory and strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
Lead enterprise sales engagements from identification through close and contract negotiation.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders (CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CNIOs) and government decision-makers.
Develop outcome-focused solutions addressing clinical, operational, financial, and digital transformation goals.
Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, procurement activities, and executive workshops.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while achieving targets.
Represent Oracle Health at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
