Job summary

IDM Technologies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks an Identity Security Sales Manager to lead new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for IAM solutions.

You will engage with C-level executives, build relationships with partners, and drive revenue targets across the UAE, leveraging your English and Arabic communication skills. A driving license is required and 7+ years in Identity Security sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven sales experience in Identity Security or Cybersecurity domains.
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, GRC, SSO and MFA technologies is a plus.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders in large deals.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication, written and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify specific sales opportunities and drive new business across the United Arab Emirates.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including assessment, design, and implementation discussions.
• Act as brand ambassador for IDM Technologies and demonstrate offerings to key stakeholders.

Job Description

We seek a Sales Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with demonstrated success in Identity Security sales, enabling businesses to align and modernize their Identity & Access Management (IAM) program.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify specific sales opportunities (new business) with prospective clients/direct sales across theUnited Arab Emirates.
• Engage in activities focused on generating client awareness of IDM Technologies and/or demand for Identity Security-related services.
• Brand ambassador for IDM Technologies and advocate for IDM’s offerings and capabilities to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• To effectively lead the sales process and provide subject matter expertise in all sales engagement (including assessment, design, & implementation, professional services, and managed services of industry-leading technology partners Identity Security solutions).
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, IDM partners, and customers during the entire sales cycle.
• To build relationships with key IDM partners, cultivating business development opportunities andcontributing to profitable growth.
• Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline by working with IDM partners and finding opportunities.
• Fulfilment of sales quota quarterly or annually and achieve the assigned revenue targets.

Skills and Attributes for Success :

• 7+ years’ ofproven sales experience and success in one or more of the following areas: Identity Security & Cybersecurity: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, Verifiable Credentials, IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity,..
• Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in the domains IAM, PAM, GRC,..
• Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and partners.
• Ability to understand business problems, collaborate with domain experts, and propose effective solutions.
• Confidently interacts with C-level management.
• Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills in English & Arabic (a must).
• A driving license is a must.
• Excellent negotiation, facilitation, problem-resolution, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Understanding and/or experience in regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance-related functions will be preferred.
