Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales with large strategic accounts (enterprise & Public Sector).
• Ability to craft value-based stories linking Elastic’s capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, Observability, and Security in new and existing Mid‑Market accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to transform data into actionable insights.
• Communicate cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures to stakeholders.
• Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with MEDDPICC framework.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
