Job summary

Siena is building the intelligence layer for CX, seeking an Enterprise AE who treats every deal as the only one that matters. You will own the full sales cycle, from multi-stakeholder engagement to close, with autonomy and a sharp business-case mindset.

Prior AI/CX exposure is a plus, and success here means shaping how the market wins in a fast-moving field. We value hunger, direct communication, and the ability to define strategy in real-time, not follow a script.

Qualifications

• Track record closing $100M+ GMV accounts.
• Quota attainment with explanations.
• Executive presence on CFO calls.
• RFP experience in complex deals.
• Hunger and pattern of winning in every deal.
• Bonus: experience selling usage-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from start to close for multi-stakeholder, multi-SKU deals.
• Lead formal RFP processes with solutions engineering and leadership.
• Operate with autonomy, adapting to any buyer in the room.
• Build and defend business cases for brands with $100M+ GMV.
• Spot expansion opportunities within deals and act on them.
• Maintain a confident point of view on the competitive landscape.
