You will manage discovery calls, qualification, demos, negotiations, and proposals while maintaining a healthy pipeline and daily CRM updates. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement.
• Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach).
• Closed mid-to-high-ticket deals.
• Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects.
• Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close.
• Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities.
• Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability.
• Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations.
• Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations.
• Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements.
• Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline.
• Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1 hr/day).
• Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting.
• Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance.
