Job summary

Siena is seeking a high-impact product professional to own end-to-end product areas within our AI agent ecosystem. You will shape features, drive cross‑functional work with engineering and design, and enable customers to deploy rapidly in a remote, async environment.

You’ll define evaluation systems, QA suites, and onboarding tooling to accelerate customer go‑live while expanding our integrations with enterprise apps and platforms. Remote work with global teams is how we operate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PM, solutions engineering, implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with technical products and enterprise customers.
• Ability to ship features and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end in the AI agent ecosystem.
• Build new agent capabilities across platforms.
• Design evaluation systems and QA for smarter agents.
• Own onboarding to help customers go live in days.
• Expand integrations ecosystem with new platforms.
• Lead launches from internal testing to GA and customer enablement.
• Demo products to customers and co-sell with sales.
