Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Civil Maintenance lead to plan civil scopes for tenders, implement standards, and mentor UAE Nationals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver civil maintenance projects on time and within budget.

Role requires strong engineering expertise, contract finalization skills, and ability to evaluate bidders. You will drive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions as per process requirements.
• Lead the implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratization targets.
• Initiate, plan and supervise cross-functional teams and contractors for Civil Maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure defined requirements and deliverables comply with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system for Civil Maintenance services.
• Finalize contracts to support the Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan.
• Evaluate bidders/vendors from the company directory and request EOIs with site management approvals.

About Role:

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
• To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
• Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
• Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
• Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
