Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Maintenance Lead to plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions per policy requirements. You will mentor UAE nationals, lead cross-functional teams and contractors, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget, supporting plant operations and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in Civil maintenance, concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair Works in a large industrial organization (Oil & Gas preferred).

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages.
• Lead implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratisation targets.
• Supervise cross-functional teams and contractors on Civil Maintenance Projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure defined requirements and deliverables comply with company standards and specs.
• Plan, monitor and control Maintenance Management system for Civil Maintenance services.
• Manage contracts to support Maintenance Manager for civil services.

About Role

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
• To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
• Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
• Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
• Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
