Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior Civil Maintenance professional to plan and manage tender civil scopes, ensuring economical solutions align with policy requirements. The role will lead standards implementation and mentor UAE Nationals toward Emiratisation goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver civil maintenance projects on time and within budget, while upholding company specifications and ensuring robust risk and contract management across maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in Civil maintenance, concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair.
• Experience in a large industrial/Oil & Gas setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions per process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratisation targets.
• Supervise cross-functional teams and contractors to execute Civil Maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure defined project requirements and deliverables comply with standards and specifications.
• Plan, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance for plant operations and customers.
• Document and finalize contracts to support Maintenance Manager per acquisition plan.

About Role:

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
• To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
• Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
• Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
• Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals
  

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
