Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to plan and manage civil maintenance projects across our industrial operations in the UAE. You will lead tender development, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in Civil maintenance including concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair in a large industrial organization, preferably Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions per business policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratisation targets.
• Initiate, plan and supervise cross-functional teams and contractors to implement all Civil Maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure defined project requirements and deliverables comply with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan and finalize contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan for civil maintenance services.
• Analyze factors including technical competency, HSE performance to select bidders/vendors and obtain approvals.

About Role:

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
• To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
• Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
• Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
• Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals

• Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
