Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Civil Maintenance Leader to plan and oversee civil scope for tender packages, ensuring economical solutions aligned with policy. The role drives maintenance standards, mentors UAE Nationals, and guides cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver civil maintenance projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in Civil maintenance including rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair in a large industrial organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions per business process and policy.
• Lead implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid ADNOC Sour gas Emiratization targets.
• Initiate, plan, and supervise cross-functional teams and contractors to implement all Civil Maintenance Projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure well-defined project requirements and deliverables per company standards and specifications.
• Plan, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Document contracts to support Maintenance Manager per acquisition plan for civil maintenance services.
• Evaluate bidders/vendors based on technical competency, experience, HSE performance; obtain approvals.

About Role

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
• Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
• To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
• Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
• Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
• Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
• Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
