Job summary

Mashreq UAE seeks a Senior Officer, Employee Experience to lead onboarding, visa and pension processes while maintaining strong data management and coordination with the Manager and Head of Employee Experience on MB UAE initiatives.

You will oversee onboarding, MOHRE labor card activities, pension coordination, and offboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth employee transitions in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: facilitate onboarding, create staff IDs, set up new joiner accounts and insurance coverage.
• Pension: manage UAE and GCC pension processes and related documentation.
• MOHRE: handle labor cards issuance, renewal, and updates; reconcile cards and pension.
• Military and Nafis: maintain lists and track refunds and eligibility.
• Offboarding: manage off-boarding processes and finalize cancellations of labor cards and insurance.
• Service productivity: respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance to PICG units.
