Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the safety department's operations and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 6–8 years of experience in Environment, Health, Safety, Fire & Security within a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities include developing safety policies, conducting training, and leading incident investigations. Strong knowledge of safety management systems and excellent communication skills are essential. A professional accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in EHSFS in manufacturing.
• At least 4 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
