Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is looking for a Security Manager responsible for implementing departmental policies and overseeing the security operations at our Abu Dhabi facility.

You will ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards, while promoting security awareness through training. Candidates should have a relevant degree or significant experience, bilingual skills, and familiarity with security systems and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification, or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in EHSFS with managerial roles.
• Experience in administering a department, preferably in a multi-national team.

Responsibilities

• Implements policies for Security department operations.
• Supervises day-to-day operations and compliance.
• Conducts Security training to enhance awareness.

Skills

Bilingual in Arabic and English

Knowledge of ISPS Code

Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO)

Proficiency in SAP applications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
