Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is seeking a qualified Security Manager to ensure compliance with policies and oversee daily operations within the Security department. The ideal candidate will implement security procedures, supervise incident investigations, and conduct training programs to enhance security awareness.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4–6 years of experience in EHSFS, with at least 2 years in managerial positions. Strong bilingual skills in Arabic and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in EHSFS in a manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 2 years in progressively increasing managerial roles.
• Experience in administering a department in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies and procedures for the Security department.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee incident investigation and reporting processes.
• Conduct Security training courses to promote awareness.
• Control and coordinate maintenance of Security systems.

Skills

Bilingual in Arabic and English

Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO)

Knowledge of ISPS Code

Knowledge of CCTV Systems

Proficiency in SAP applications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
