Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is seeking a professional for Strategy Development and Implementation. This role focuses on establishing safety and governance strategies while ensuring alignment with EGA’s corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in safety management, including holding a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or HSSE, and will possess strong leadership skills to guide teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of safety experience in an industrial environment, including at least 4 years in a safety management role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project and departmental budgeting processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of safety governance framework across EGA.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Develops training programs covering international safety standards.
