Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) is seeking a Security Manager based in Dubai. This role involves implementing policies and supervising daily operations within the Security department, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of security systems and procedures. The role requires managerial experience and proficiency in security compliance. A bilingual ability in Arabic and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, or 10 years relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in EHSFS within manufacturing; 2 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in administering a department in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Security department.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs.
• Control maintenance and testing of security systems.
• Supervise and provide feedback to subordinates.

Skills

Bilingual in Arabic and English

Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO)

Knowledge of ISPS Code

Proficiency in SAP applications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
