Job summary

GMG seeks a Senior Manager – eCRM to lead strategy and execution across push, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and web channels. You will drive loyalty, retention, and lifetime value through advanced segmentation and automated journeys.

You will mentor a high-performing eCRM team, partner with analytics and product teams, and align campaigns with business objectives through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• CRM platform certifications are preferred (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Braze, Klaviyo).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic eCRM initiatives and multi-channel campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and analyze campaign effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Lead segmentation strategies and personalization techniques to maximize performance.
• Mentor, lead, and manage a team of eCRM Executives and Senior Executives.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
