Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a seasoned Document Controller for construction and infrastructure projects in Sharjah. You will manage project documentation, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring registers, revisions, and approvals are accurate and accessible on site.

The role requires minimum five years in document control with at least three years in UAE infrastructure, plus advanced Excel skills and strong coordination with engineers, PMs, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of overall document control experience.
• At least three years in UAE construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling engineering drawings and project correspondence.
• Proficient in document registers, revision records, and approvals tracking.
• Strong Excel reporting and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
• Register, classify, file, track, and distribute documents.
• Maintain document registers and transmittals.
• Ensure documents organized per procedures.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Protect confidentiality and integrity of project records.
