Azizi Developments in Dubai South, UAE, seeks an experienced Document Controller with a consultant background to join our team. You will manage project documents, drawings, RFIs and submittals using EDMS platforms such as Aconex, ensuring accurate revision control and timely approvals.

You'll work closely with consultants, contractors and clients, maintain document status reports, and support project teams with retrieval and tracking.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Document Controller.
• At least 3 years of experience with a consultant firm.
• Experience in building construction or infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage, register, and track project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Control submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and approvals.
• Coordinate document exchanges between consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate document revision records.
• Ensure the project filing system remains organised and up to date.
• Monitor document submissions and approval status.
• Prepare document status logs and reports for project teams.
• Maintain proper document control procedures throughout project activities.
• Use EDMS platforms such as Aconex or similar systems to manage project documentation.
