Responsibilities

• Register, distribute, track, and retrieve documents efficiently.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Prepare transmittals, logs, and reports on document status.
• Ensure document traceability and secure storage of confidential records.
• Coach and support junior document controllers in established procedures.
• Coordinate audits to ensure QA/QC and project requirements compliance.
