Penspen is seeking a Document Controller in Abu Dhabi to support major Oil & Gas projects. You will manage project documentation, ensure robust document control processes, and maintain accurate records aligned with ADNOC and project requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of document control experience, familiarity with EDMS systems, and strong attention to detail and communication skills. Collaboration with Client, PMC, EPC contractors, and multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Document Control experience in Engineering or Oil & Gas.
• Experience with EDMS/document management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, document traceability and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
