Job summary

Penspen Ltd. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Document Controller to support major Oil & Gas projects. You will manage project documentation and ensure control processes, maintaining records in line with ADNOC requirements and project needs.

The role requires 5+ years in document control within engineering or oil & gas, with EDMS proficiency and strong coordination with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of document control experience in engineering or oil & gas.
• Experience with EDMS/document management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and document traceability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with Client, PMC, EPC contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
