Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project document control system.
• Register, distribute, track, and retrieve documents.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and clients for timely submissions.
• Prepare transmittals, maintain logs, and generate status reports.
• Ensure document traceability and secure storage of records.
• Support and train junior document controllers.
