Wood is recruiting for Document Controller under ADNOC Offshore US LTDP project. The Senior Document Controller in the oil and gas sector is responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring compliance with company and client standards, and facilitating communication between contractors and clients.
Managing and maintaining the project document control system in line with company procedures and client requirements.
Ensuring proper registration, distribution, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
Liaising with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
Preparing transmittals, maintaining logs, and generating reports on documentation status.
Ensuring document traceability and secure storage of confidential records.
Training and supporting junior document controllers in following established procedures.
