Penspen UAE is seeking a seasoned Document Controller to support major Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing project documentation, enforcing robust document control processes, and maintaining precise records per ADNOC requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in document control within engineering or oil & gas, hands-on EDMS experience and strong MS Office skills, with excellent attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Document Control experience in Engineering or Oil & Gas.
• Experience with EDMS/document management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, document traceability and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
