Supermicro seeks a Sr Director Solutions to lead a high-performing team across multiple sales divisions in EMEA. The role aligns solution strategies with revenue goals and ensures seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

The candidate will drive the development of storage server and JBOD solutions, collaborate with marketing, engineering and business development, and provide technical requirements for data center infrastructure while engaging with customers at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 15+ years hands-on experience in system/server architecture are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in product marketing/management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, SUSE, Red Hat, CentOS).

Responsabilités

• Develop product roadmap for Storage server and JBOD system products.
• Lead development and integration of server solutions with marketing, engineering and business development.
• Create technical product requirements for cloud data center infrastructure.
• Engage with customers at various levels to convey capabilities and gather requirements.
• Escalate critical issues to management and vendors when needed.
• Provide product trainings to internal teams, sales teams and customers.
• Deliver 3rd level customer support as needed.
