Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a (Sr) Solution Product Manager to help sales grow business across EMEA, build an ecosystem with suppliers, and engage customers with end-to-end solutions. You will define product strategy for core product families and research vertical-based solutions, creating aggressive go-to-market plans.

You will analyze market trends, identify customer requirements, and work with engineering to ensure the solution meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years in product management and promotion with ability to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Solution knowledge on Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network.
• In-depth knowledge in server/storage/datacenter products with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and customer needs to define product strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to align on go-to-market plans.
• Lead ecosystem development and vendor relationships to grow business.
• Translate customer requirements into product specs with cross-functional teams.
