Job summary

Visa seeks a Senior Director to lead the CMS Advisory Practice within CMS, driving growth and high-impact client engagements across CEMEA. You will design advisory offerings, partner with product and solutions teams, and deliver complex strategic projects to deepen client relationships and optimize performance.

The role requires deep consulting expertise in corporate banking and money movement, with strong leadership, collaboration, and GenAI know-how across multi-country client programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy or management consulting, with strong client delivery experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and scaling of the CMS Advisory Practice.
• Design go-to-market strategy and codify advisory offerings.
• Lead complex CMS advisory projects for large clients.
• Collaborate with Visa CMS Product, Solutions, and VCA teams.
• Liaise with global counterparts and external consultants as needed.
• Inject GenAI tools to improve delivery and client impact.
