Job summary

Visa seeks a seasoned CMS Consulting Implementation Services Director in Dubai to drive end-to-end CMS launches and technical integrations within banking environments. You will lead cross-regional implementation work, manage client engagements, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure measurable impact.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of consulting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Russian; UAE market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Masters degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of total work experience including 5+ years in management/strategy consulting.
• Experience in B2B money movement and cross-regional programs is a plus.
• Strong consulting, client engagement, public speaking and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency with Generative AI and agentic AI trends and tools.
• Diplomatic skills for multi-functional environments with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS implementation work across CEMEA including platform development and client delivery.
• Manage product launches from planning through execution with timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders during implementation phases.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead client workshops on CMS topics and project scoping.
• Collaborate with Visa Sales, Product and Marketing for impact and delivery.
• Develop proposals and secure new consulting assignments with clients.
