Job summary

Cyient is seeking an experienced IT professional in Abu Dhabi to handle advanced repair and maintenance of PCs and peripherals, and to lead end-user support across Windows and macOS environments.

The role requires 12–15 years in repair and maintenance, plus 10+ years in large organizations. You will work with ServiceNow, SAP, Citrix, and Azure while configuring MS Teams and Surface Studio devices on site.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of repair and maintenance experience on PCs, workstations and peripherals.
• Minimum 10 years in a large organization (more than 5K employees).
• Strong technical skills in Windows and macOS; excellent communication; able to work with or without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support.
• Configure and set up Microsoft Teams HUB and other applications; configure Microsoft Surface Studio with face recognition.
• Resolve AV issues and maintain service desk workflows.
• Familiar with Service Now, SAP, Citrix, McAfee, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Jabber, Enterprise Vault, Resource Finder, SCCM / Intune, Microsoft Teams.
