Proficient in Windows 10/11 laptop and desktop support.
Experience with MacOS and mobile device support.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and printer support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, user access issues, email issues and basic configuration problems.
Manage user accounts, groups, password resets and access requests in Active Directory.
Support printer and MFD incidents including connectivity and driver issues.
Assist with device management and software deployment using JAMF, SCCM and MECM.
Support Zoom and Webex Rooms for meeting room setup and basic troubleshooting.
Address basic network issues including connectivity, WiFi, LAN and VPN problems.
Log, track and resolve incidents within agreed timelines and coordinate with teams/vendors.
