Job summary

Sundus is seeking an experienced Endpoint & End User Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi to provide temporary coverage. You will manage endpoint and user support, patching, software deployment, and device security across the enterprise environment.

You’ll support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/GP, and basic networking while assisting with onboarding/offboarding and incident resolution. This role requires hands-on, independent work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of endpoint administration and IT support experience.
• Hands-on with ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Experience with patch management, software deployment and endpoint configuration.
• Knowledge of AD and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage endpoint and end-user support services.
• Handle OS and third‑party patch deployment and software rollout.
• Maintain endpoint inventory, compliance and remediation activities.
• Support security and device-control configurations (USB, peripherals).
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user access issues.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Track incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
