Job summary

Alpha Data PJSC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced IT Support specialist to provide first-line hardware and software help desk assistance. You will monitor systems, configure operating environments, and tailor setups to user needs, while documenting solutions for the knowledge base.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in IT support, with familiarity across Windows and macOS and common corporate software, and may hold relevant certifications such as A+, ITIL, or Azure Fundamentals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
4–6 years in IT support or help desk role.
Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS, plus common software applications.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues to maintain productivity.
Monitor and manage IT systems and networks, proactively identifying potential issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications per user needs.
Document troubleshooting steps to build a knowledge base for future reference.
