Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, align business goals with technical execution, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, planning, client management, risk mitigation, budget control, and quality assurance. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, mobile apps, software platforms).
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules; define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and relationships.
• Identify and manage project risks; create and share risk management plans.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure project quality meets required standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare regular project progress, budget, and risk reports.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets; develop contingency plans.
• Communicate status to all stakeholders including team, clients, and leadership.
