Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Dubai to lead digital marketing and sales initiatives. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities include creating compelling proposals, delivering presentations, and driving revenue growth through digital channels and targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing experience and a proven track record in driving leads and revenue.
• Strong ability to generate and qualify B2B leads across digital channels.
• Skilled in creating compelling business proposals and client pitches.
• Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Identify and target potential clients through digital channels, social media, email, networking, and online platforms.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, follow-up, to closing.
• Proactively approach and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.
• Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Convert digital leads and prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance, including leads, conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Performance teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and follow-up tracker.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
