Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, align business goals with technical execution, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, planning, client management, risk mitigation, budget control, and quality assurance. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. Your technical expertise and project management skills will help bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, and software platforms.

• Project planning and scheduling: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure project success. Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify project resources and develop a schedule for project completion.

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.

• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that potential risks are mitigated and project issues are resolved promptly. Develop a risk management plan and communicate it to project stakeholders.

• Budget management: Managing project budgets, including creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Quality assurance: Ensuring that projects meet the required standards of quality and are completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Reporting and documentation: Preparing regular reports on project progress, budget status, and risk management. Keeping accurate and detailed project documentation.

• Change management: Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.

• Communication: Communicating project status and updates to all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

• 4 to 9 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency or software development environment.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale website and mobile application projects.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes, including front-end and back-end technologies.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and digital trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
