Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in the construction field from a project management background.
• A minimum of 10 years in a leadership position in a multinational environment.
• A university degree in Civil Engineering and Building.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of external and internal consultants, contractors, and commercial staff.
• Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and achieve Completion Certificate.
• Manage project progress to meet programme targets and inform the team.
• Maintain project costs within described viability limits.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to engineers.
• Evaluate and select suitable construction participants such as suppliers and contractors.
