Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior leader to define and govern the organization’s Digital Transformation and IT strategy. You will lead enterprise architecture, governance, and strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, risk controls, and regulatory compliance across departments.

You will oversee budget-related governance, policy implementation, service management, vendor contracts, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies.
• Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of Digital Transformation and IT strategy to align with business goals.
• Oversee policy implementation, service management, and quality assurance across the DT function.
• Drive enterprise architecture strategy, technology landscape alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement, licenses, and contracts for DT solutions and platforms.
• Monitor and report on business value delivered by DT projects and the IT portfolio.
