Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks Unit Head - Program & Project Management Delivery to lead the Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management PMO. You will oversee end-to-end technology program and project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance are met while managing risks, dependencies, resources and vendors.

You will build a sustainable delivery organization through disciplined capacity planning, UAE National development, succession planning, coaching and capability

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale PM delivery programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios with multiple dependencies.
• Strong governance, risk, and financial management skills.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams including vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the technology program and project portfolio.
• Ensure initiatives meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance expectations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, vendors and stakeholders across projects.
• Drive capacity planning, UAE National talent development and succession planning.
